ISLAMABAD, December 3, 2024 – The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast predominantly cold and dry conditions across the country for Tuesday, December 3, 2024. However, isolated areas in the northern regions are likely to experience precipitation.

According to the PMD, most parts of the nation will witness a cold and dry day. However, rain accompanied by wind and thunderstorms, along with snowfall in higher altitudes, is anticipated in select areas of Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan. Additionally, northeastern Punjab may experience partly cloudy skies with sporadic light rain or drizzle. Shallow patches of fog are expected during the nighttime in some plain regions of Punjab and Upper Sindh, potentially affecting visibility.
