Karachi, December 27, 2025 – The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA) has released the official daily gold and silver rates for Saturday to facilitate the general public, investors, and bullion traders across the country. The updated prices reflect a strong upward trend in both local and international bullion markets, driven by rising global demand and market uncertainty.
According to the association, gold prices in Pakistan continued their record-breaking rally, with 24-karat gold hitting fresh all-time highs. The price of gold per tola and per 10 grams rose sharply compared to the previous trading session, signaling sustained investor interest in precious metals as a hedge against inflation and currency volatility.
Silver prices also posted notable gains in the domestic market, mirroring strong performance in international markets. Market experts noted that silver’s rise is supported by both investment demand and its increasing use in industrial sectors, particularly renewable energy and electronics.
The APSGJA stated that local bullion rates are calculated on the basis of prevailing international market prices and interbank foreign exchange rates released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). Any fluctuation in the rupee-dollar parity or global commodity prices directly impacts gold and silver prices in the domestic market.
