Karachi, December 5, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) released its updated shipping operations report for Friday, providing an overview of vessel movements, cargo handling activities, and berthing schedules over the last 24 hours.

The report, issued at 8:00 AM, is intended to assist maritime stakeholders, shipping companies, and logistics operators in planning their daily operations more efficiently.

According to the PQA, several vessels completed their sailing procedures during the reporting period. Among them was M.T Navigator Leo, which departed with a consignment of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Another vessel, M.T MC Gaea, sailed after loading a substantial quantity of palm oil. Additionally, the coal carrier M.V Libero concluded its operations before departure, while M.T Al Diab II also sailed after handling its LPG-related cargo requirements. These vessel movements reflect consistent activity across key terminals, including EVTL, LCT, PIBT, and SSGC.

Port Qasim also reported a series of berthing activities on Friday. The rice-carrying vessel M.T Mansour M secured its berth earlier in the morning, followed by M.V Efe Mersin, which arrived with a large shipment of soybean seed. Coal vessel M.T Lia and gas oil carrier M.T Khairpur were also accommodated at their respective terminals, marking strong import activity for the day. Later in the evening, LPG vessels M.T Claude and M.T Venus 9 berthed at EVTL and SSGC, continuing the flow of essential energy commodities.

The latest report reflects steady cargo handling operations at Port Qasim, underscoring its vital role in supporting Pakistan’s maritime trade and supply chain logistics.
