Karachi, November 17, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its latest 24-hour shipping activity report, updated at 0800 hours on Monday, to keep traders, shipping lines, and port users informed of vessel movements.
Vessels That Sailed
According to the PQA, two vessels departed during the reporting period. The first, M.V. HSC Newlucky (PQA Reg No. 36561), carrying 29,064 tonnes of steel coils, sailed from the Mehran Wharf-II under the agency of GAC Shipping. The second departure was M.T. Venus 9 (PQA Reg No. 36592), an LPG carrier managed by M. International, which sailed from the SSGC terminal.
Vessels That Berthed
Multiple vessels arrived and secured berths on Monday. The LNG carrier M.T. Umm Al Hanaya (PQA Reg No. 36595) berthed at PGPCL with a cargo of 146,000 tonnes of LNG. The container vessel M.V. Albert P (PQA Reg No. 36604), handled by GAC Shipping, berthed at QICT-VII, while M.T. MSC Barcelona (PQA Reg No. 36606), operated by MSC Pakistan, berthed at QT2-II.
Additionally, the cargo vessel M.V. Al Amal (PQA Reg No. 36552) berthed at Mehran Wharf-II, carrying 6,300 tonnes of rice and 4,000 tonnes of cement.
Vessel Shifting Operations
The report further noted the shifting of M.T. Marine Ista (PQA Reg No. 36583B), a bunker supply vessel operated by Al-Pine Marine. The ship was shifted from outer anchorage as part of routine operations.
