Karachi, February 24, 2026 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its daily shipping operations report for Tuesday, providing key updates on vessel movements over the past 24 hours to facilitate port users, shipping agents, and trade stakeholders.

According to PQA, the report was updated at 8:00 AM PKT, outlining details of sailing, berthing, and shifting of vessels at various terminals of Port Qasim.

Sailing of Vessels

Two vessels departed from Port Qasim during the reporting period. M.V. Ameena Jahan, registered under PQA No. 37052, with a length overall (LOA) of 190 meters, sailed carrying 50,355 metric tons of coal. The vessel departed at 3:00 PM from the PQEPT berth, handled by Sinotrans Logistics.

Meanwhile, M.V. Eleni T, registered under PQA No. 37057 and measuring 260 meters in length, sailed from QICT-VII berth carrying containerized cargo. The vessel also departed at 3:00 PM, with GAC Shipping acting as the ship agent.

Berthing of Vessels

Several vessels berthed at Port Qasim during the past 24 hours, reflecting steady port activity. M.T. Lebrethah, with an LOA of 295 meters, berthed at the PGPCL terminal at 2:30 PM.

M.T. Navigator Celtic, registered under PQA No. 37016, measuring 160 meters, arrived carrying 12,050 metric tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The vessel berthed at EVTL terminal at 3:00 PM, handled by Al-Pine Marine.

M.V. Lofty Mountain, registered under PQA No. 37059, with a length of 190 meters, arrived carrying 42,098 metric tons of coal and berthed at M/W-II terminal at 3:00 PM under the agency of Ocean World.

Additionally, M.T. PS Hamburg berthed at the FOTCO terminal at 3:15 PM, while M.V. Spirit of Bertram arrived at QICT-V berth at 8:30 PM. Another vessel, M.V. GFS Genesis, berthed at QT2-II terminal at 8:45 PM, further contributing to port operations.

Shifting of Vessels

During the reporting period, M.V. Grand Ocean, registered under PQA No. 37058 and measuring 229 meters in length, carrying 18,000 metric tons of palm oil, was shifted under the supervision of Al-Pine Marine. The vessel was moved at midnight (00:00 hours) from outer anchorage to its designated berth to facilitate smooth cargo handling.
