Grammy-nominated singer Demi Lovato has announced the cancellation of several shows on her upcoming tour, citing health reasons. The 33-year-old musician shared the news via her Instagram Story, emphasizing the importance of rest to deliver her best performances.

Lovato began her message with excitement for the tour, saying, “My Lovatics — I am so excited to get back on stage this year and visit you in as many cities as I can.” However, she explained that while preparing for the tour, she realized she had overextended herself.

“To protect my health, and ensure I can give you my all at each show, I need to build in more time to rest and rehearse and ultimately adjust to a schedule with some more time off that will allow me to handle the entire run of the tour,” Lovato wrote.

The affected cities include Charlotte, Nashville, Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Denver. Fans who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster or AXS will receive automatic refunds, while those who bought tickets from third-party resellers like StubHub, SeatGeek, and VividSeats are advised to contact the point of purchase.

Lovato also shared that her tour will now kick off in Orlando on April 13, and previously purchased tickets for the Orlando show will remain valid. Additional tickets are available on demilovato.com/tour.

Despite the changes, Lovato assured fans of her excitement, concluding: “I am so excited for this tour and am looking forward to seeing so many of your faces singing with me! Thank you for your support always. I love you and I cannot wait to see you soon.”

With her health as a priority, fans can still expect an energetic and unforgettable tour experience when Lovato hits the stage this spring.
