Global pop sensation Dua Lipa is celebrating a major milestone as her breakout single “Be The One” officially turns 10 years old.

The 30-year-old Albanian-British singer took to social media to mark the special occasion, sharing a nostalgic post filled with throwback clips from her early performances to her recent sold-out concerts.

“10 YEARS OF BE THE ONE!!!!! Can’t believe it’s been a whole decade since this song found its way into the world,” Dua wrote in her heartfelt message. The Grammy-winning artist thanked her fans, saying, “You guys turned it into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.”

Reflecting on her journey, the Levitating hitmaker continued, “From tiny shows to massive crowds singing every word back to me — you’ve been there through it all, and I’m forever grateful.”

The singer’s post also included a rare studio clip from the early recording sessions, showing Dua lip-syncing and dancing playfully while the track played in the background — a glimpse into the humble beginnings of her global success.

Originally written by Lucy Taylor, Jack Tarrant, and Digital Farm Animals, Be The One was released on October 30, 2015, as Dua’s second single. The track later appeared on her self-titled debut studio album, released on June 2, 2017.

A decade later, the empowering anthem remains a fan favorite, still featured in her Radical Optimism Tour setlist — a powerful reminder of how far both the song and the artist have come in ten incredible years.
