Dua Lipa brought electrifying energy to the Farmasi Arena as she performed her only show in Rio de Janeiro as part of her global Radical Optimism tour. The 30-year-old pop superstar embraced the vibrant spirit of Brazil even before stepping on stage, spending time exploring the city with her family and close friends.

A day before the concert, Dua Lipa shared a heartwarming glimpse of her downtime in Rio through an Instagram photo carousel. Although her fiancé, actor Callum Turner, did not appear in the collection, her parents Dukagjin and Anesa Lipa, along with her younger siblings Rina and Gjin, were all present. Friends also joined the group for their Rio adventure.

The singer’s photodump, posted on November 21, captured moments from their stay in the city—ranging from friendly card games at a café to snapshots in front of the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue atop Mount Corcovado. The images highlighted her affection for Rio and the joy of reconnecting with loved ones during her tour break.

By the time she hit the stage, Lipa performed with renewed enthusiasm, delivering powerful live versions of her biggest hits including Training Season, Levitating, New Rules, and One Kiss. One of the standout moments of the night was her special performance of Magalenha alongside renowned Brazilian musician Carlinhos Brown, earning loud cheers from the crowd.

Dua Lipa originally planned two stops in Brazil for her 2025 Radical Optimism tour, with scheduled performances in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Her Rio concert reaffirmed her strong connection with Brazilian fans and showcased why she remains one of the world’s most dynamic pop performers.
