Couple reveals pregnancy at Cannes Film Festival as Barbara Palvin debuts baby bump
Dylan Sprouse and his wife, Barbara Palvin, are expecting their first child together.
The couple shared the news during an appearance at the 79th Annual Cannes Film Festival on May 14, where Palvin debuted her baby bump in a flowing light blue gown featuring feather detailing.
Photographs from the event showed Sprouse affectionately posing with his wife outside the Hotel Martinez in Cannes, France, as the couple attended festival-related celebrations.
Palvin and Sprouse first met at a party in 2017 and began dating in 2018. The pair became engaged in June 2023 before marrying a month later in a ceremony held in Hungary.
Over the years, the couple has frequently spoken publicly about their relationship and the importance of spending time together despite demanding careers.
In a previous interview with People magazine, Palvin said one of the secrets behind their marriage was minimizing time apart due to work commitments.
“When I travel, he’s there with me and we’re not away from each other,” she said, adding that the couple tries not to stay apart for more than two or three weeks at a time.
Sprouse has also openly supported Palvin’s modeling career. Ahead of her appearance at the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, he shared a supportive message for his wife, telling her, “I love you, baby. Break a leg tonight.”
He later joked that she had actually broken her foot several weeks earlier but said he remained confident she would “kill it” during the show.
The pregnancy announcement quickly drew attention from fans online, with many congratulating the couple on the upcoming addition to their family.
