Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Wednesday May 03, 2023 announced promotion of Inland Revenue Service (IRS) officers from BS-18 to BS-19.
The following BS-18 officers of Inland Revenue Service are hereby promoted to BS-19 on regular basis with immediate effect: –

The Departmental Selection Board (DSB), in its meeting held on 02.05.2023, recommended the following officers of IRS for promotion on regular/temporary basis from BS-18 to BS-19 in the Inland Revenue Service subject to completion of all codal formalities / satisfactory Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) without adverse remarks for the period mentioned against each: –
1. Mr. Imran Ali Shah, Additional Commissioner-IR, (OPS) Regional Tax Office, Sialkot: Recommended for promotion to BS-19 on regular basis subject to complection of satisfactory PER for the period from 01.02.2017 to 30.06.2017.

2. Hafiz Muhammad Qasim Haroon, Additional Commissioner-IR (OPS), Regional Tax Office, Sargodha: Recommended for promotion to BS-19 on temporary basis against DTL vacancy subject to complection of satisfactory PER for the period from 21.10.2016 to 30.06.2017
The above named officers are requested to complete all deficiencies at the earliest, on priority, so as to enable this office to process their promotion notifications accordingly.
