Quetta, January 8, 2026 – In a significant move against smuggling, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has seized multiple Non-Customs Paid (NCP) vehicles from a showroom in Quetta, reinforcing its ongoing crackdown on illegal trade and illicit imports.

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Quetta, an enforcement wing of the FBR, carried out the operation based on credible intelligence, targeting a showroom located on Saryab Road, Quetta. The seized vehicles, valued at an estimated Rs. 158 million, include high-end models such as a Toyota Revo Bullet Proof 2020, Toyota Land Cruisers 2023, 2016, and 2007, and a Honda Civic Hybrid 2007.

Officials emphasized that the seizure reflects the proactive and vigilant approach of Customs Enforcement Quetta in combating smuggling and protecting government revenue. The operation was successfully executed with timely support and coordination from Balochistan Law Enforcement Agencies, highlighting the importance of inter-agency collaboration in tackling illicit trade.

This move underscores the FBR’s ongoing commitment to curb smuggling, illegal imports, and corrupt practices to safeguard the national economy. Authorities have reiterated that such intelligence-driven operations will continue across the country to ensure strict enforcement of customs laws.

The FBR also urged business owners and citizens to comply with customs regulations, warning that failure to do so could result in seizures, fines, and legal action, reinforcing its zero-tolerance stance on smuggling and non-compliance.
