ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has transferred and posted 45 senior officers BS-19 and BS-20 of Pakistan Customs Service (PCS) with immediate effect until further orders.
According to a notification issued on September 02, 2022, the FBR notified transfers and postings of following officers:
01. Ms. Zeba Azhar (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of IPR Enforcement (South), Karachi from the post of Director, Directorate of Law & Prosecution, Karachi.

02. Fayyaz Anwar (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Director (HQ), Directorate General on Input Output Coefficient Organization, Karachi (Stationed at Lahore) from the post of Director, Directorate of Internal Audit North (Customs) Islamabad.
03. Ms. Iram Maqbool Aamir (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of Input Output Coefficient Organization (North), Islamabad from the post of Director, Pakistan Customs Academy (PCA), Islamabad.
04. Saeed Akram (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Chief (Tariff & Trade), Federal Board of Revenue (HQ) Islamabad from the post of Chief Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.
05. Malik Kamran Azam Khan (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Chief (Reforms & Modernization), Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Peshawar.
06. Feroze Alam Junejo (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication-II), Karachi from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Custom House, Karachi.
07. Irfan-ur-Rehman Khan (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of Post Clearance Audit (North), Islamabad from the post of Director, Directorate of Input Output Coefficient Organization (North), Islamabad.

08. Muhammad Mohsin Rafiq (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Lahore from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication), Lahore.
09. Syed Asad Raza Rizvi (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs, Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore. He will continue to look after the work of Project Director, National Targeting Centre in addition to his own duties. His services will also remain attached with Chief, FATF, FBR HQ till completion of onsite FATF visit. The officer was transferred from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Exports), Karachi with look after work of Project Director, National Targeting Centre in addition to his own duties. , His services were also attached with Chief, FATF, FBR HQ till completion of onsite FATF visit.
10. Rashid Habib Khan (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Chief (Domain Team IT-Customs), Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, Quetta.
11. Ashraf Ali (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of Reforms and Automation (Customs), Karachi from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication), Quetta.
12. Shafique Ahmad Latki (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Exports), Port Muhammad Bin Qasim, Karachi from the post of Chief, Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.
13. Engr. Riyaz Ahmed Memon (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication-I), Karachi from the post of Director, Directorate of Reforms and Automat ion (Customs), Karachi.
14. Asif Abbas (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of Law & Prosecution, Lahore from the post of Chief, Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.
15. Ms. Muneeza Majeed (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication), Lahore from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs, (Appeals), Lahore.

16. Ms. Saima Aftab (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of Internal Audit-North (customs), Islamabad from the post of Director, Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation, FBR, Lahore.
17. Usman Bajwa (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Custom House, Karachi from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs, Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore.
18. Basit Maqsood Abbasi (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication), Faisalabad from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Lahore.
19. Ms. Sadia Munib (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of National Nuclear Detection Architecture (NNDA), Lahore from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, Faisalabad.
20. Abdul Waheed Marwat (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication), Islamabad from the post of Chief, Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.
21. Amer Rashid Sheikh (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of Law & Prosecution, Karachi from the post of Chief, Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.

24. Sanaullah Abro (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement (West), Custom House, Karachi from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication – I), Karachi.
25. Ms. Nyma Batool (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of CPEC, Karachi from the post of Director, Directorate of IPR Enforcement (South), Karachi.
26. Muhammad Amir Thahim (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement (East), Custom House, Karachi from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Exports), Port Muhammad Bin Qasim, Karachi.
27. Yousaf Haider Orakzai (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Dera Ismail Khan from the post of Director, Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation, FBR, Peshawar.

29. Farrukh Sajjad (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Exports), Custom House, Karachi from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication – II), Karachi.
30. Muhammad Nayyar Shafiq (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Sambrial, Sialkot from the post of Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication), Faisalabad.
31. Muhammad Saeed Watto (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, Faisalabad from the post of Director, Directorate of Cross Boarder Currency Movement, Islamabad.
32. Ms. Saira Agha (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20), who was awaiting for posting, has been transferred and posted as Director, Pakistan Customs Academy (PCA), Lahore.
33. Ms. Ayesha Niaz (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Director, Pakistan Customs Academy (PCA), Islamabad from the post of Director, Directorate of Post Clearance Audit (North), Islamabad.
34. Agha Saeed Ahmed (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, Quetta from the post of Director, Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation, FBR, Gwadar.
35. Ms. Beelam Ramzan (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of IPR Enforcement (Central), Lahore from the post of Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Lahore.
36. Naveed Illahi (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) on joining, has been posted as Chief (Export & Exemptions), Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad.
37. Shafqat Ali Khan Niazi (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-19) on joining, has been posted as Chief (OPS) (PAC Customs), Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad.
38. Kh. Khurram Naeem (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Chief (OPS) (F&C), Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad from the post of Chief, (OPS) Reforms & Modernization Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.
39. Arbab Qaisar Hamid (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-19), who was awaiting posting, has been posted as Director, (OPS) Directorate of Customs Valuation, Peshawar.
40. Moin-Ud-Din Ahmad Wani (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Collector, (OPS) Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Peshawar from the post of Chief, (OPS) Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.
41. Asdaq Afzal Sensera (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Chief, (OPS) Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad from the post of Collector, (OPS) Collectorate of Customs, Gilgit-Baltistan.
42. Rizwan Salabat (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Chief (OPS) (Customs Operations), Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad from the post of Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad.
43. Muhammad Masood Sabir (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Director (HQ)(OPS), Directorate General of Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs) Islamabad from the post of Collector, (OPS) Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Custom House, Dera Ismail Khan.
44. Nisar Ahmad (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Collector, (OPS) Collectorate of Customs, Gilgit-Baltistan from the post of Director (HQ), (OPS) Directorate of General of Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs), Islamabad.
45. Rehmatullah Vistro (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Director (OPS), Directorate of Transit Trade (HQ), Karachi with the look after charge of Director (OPS), Directorate of NNDA, Karachi from the post of Director, (OPS) Directorate of Transit Trade (HQ), Karachi with the look after charge of Director (OPS), Directorate General of NNDA, Islamabad (Stationed at Karachi).
The FBR said that the Officers who are drawing performance allowance prior to issuance of this notification shall continue to draw this allowance on the new place of posting.
