ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Tuesday transferred 68 officers of Inland Revenue with immediate effect and until further orders.
The FBR notified transfers of following officers in BS-16 to BS-20:
01. Muhammad Tariq Jamal Khattak (Inland Revenue Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Inland Revenue, (WHT) Regional Tax Office, Peshawar from the post of Commissioner, (Mardan Zone) Regional Tax Office, Peshawar.
02. Muhammad Ayaz (Inland Revenue Service/BS-20), who is posted as Commissioner, (Peshawar Zone) Regional Tax Office, Peshawar has been assigned the additional charge of the post of Commissioner-IR (Mardan Zone), RTO, Peshawar, as per Rules.
03. Asif Rasool (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Chief (OPS) (IR-Operations Wing), Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad from the post of Secretary, (Admin Pool) Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.
04. Dr. Muhammad Athar Ishaq (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) on return from SMC has been posted as Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue, Large Taxpayers Office, Multan.

The FBR said that the officers who are drawing performance allowance prior to issuance of this notification shall continue to draw this allowance on the new place of posting.
