ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has transferred Abdul Qadir Memon, a senior official of Pakistan Customs Service (PCS) in BS-21 as Director General Post Clearance Audit.
According to a notification issued on March 06, 2023, the FBR notified transfers and posting of many senior customs officers.

Following are the details of transfers and postings:
01. Abdul Qadir Memon (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-21) has been transferred and posted as Director General, Directorate General of Post Clearance Audit & Internal Audit, Karachi from the post of Chief Collector of Customs Balochistan, Custom House, Quetta.
02. Muhammad Saleem (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-21) has been transferred and posted as Chief Collector of Customs Balochistan, Custom House, Quetta from the post of Chief Collector of Customs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Custom House, Peshawar.

03. Fayyaz Anwar (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Chief Collector of Customs (OPS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Custom House, Peshawar from the post of Director (HQ), Directorate General of Input Output Coefficient Organization, Karachi (Stationed at Lahore).
In another notification issued same day, the FBR transferred the following customs officers:
01. Syed Fawad Ali Shah (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs, Gilgit-Baltistan from the post of Director, Directorate of Internal Audit-South (customs), Karachi.
02. Ms. Nyma Batool (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-20) is presently posted as Director, Directorate (HQs), Post Clearance Audit & Internal Audit, Karachi (with additional charge of the post of Director, Directorate of CPEC, Karachi).

The officer is assigned the additional charge of the post of Director, Directorate of Internal Audit-South (Customs), Karachi in addition to her already assigned duties.
03. Rizwan Basharat (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Additional Director, Directorate of Customs Valuation, Lahore from the post of Secretary, Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.
04. Adnan Iqbal Sawati (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad from the post of Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs, Gilgit-Baltistan.

05. Ather Naveed (Pakistan Customs Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs, Gilgit-Baltistan from the post of Additional Director, Directorate of Transit Trade, Peshawar.
The FBR said that the officers who are drawing performance allowance prior to issuance of this notification shall continue to draw this allowance on the new place of posting.
