Karachi, October 24, 2025 – The All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association (APGJA) has released the opening gold and silver rates for Friday, reflecting a notable drop in domestic gold prices in line with international market trends.
According to the data shared by the association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola stood at Rs433,862, marking a decline of Rs3,500 compared to the previous day’s opening. Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10 grams was recorded at Rs371,966, showing a decrease of Rs3,001, while 22-karat gold per 10 grams settled at Rs340,981, down by Rs2,751.
On the global front, gold prices per ounce fell to $4,115, registering a drop of $35. The downward movement in gold prices has been attributed to fluctuations in the international bullion market and changes in the Pakistani Rupee’s exchange rate.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained stable in both domestic and international markets. The 24-karat silver per tola stood at Rs5,110, while 24-karat silver per 10 grams was recorded at Rs4,381. On the global scale, silver per ounce held steady at $49.26.
