Karachi, September 16, 2025 – The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association released updated prices for gold and silver on Tuesday, reflecting the ongoing volatility in global markets and currency adjustments in Pakistan.
The price of 24-karat gold per tola surged to Rs391,000, marking an increase of Rs4,700 from the previous day’s closing of Rs386,300. Likewise, 24-karat gold per 10 grams climbed to Rs335,219 from Rs331,189, up by Rs4,030. The 22-karat gold per 10 grams was set at Rs307,295, higher by Rs3,695. In the international market, gold advanced to $3,692 per ounce, a jump of $49.
Silver also showed a rising trend in the domestic market. The rate of 24-karat silver per tola rose to Rs4,493 from Rs4,440, reflecting an increase of Rs53, while 10 grams of silver reached Rs3,854 from Rs3,809, gaining Rs45. Globally, silver moved up to $42.69 per ounce, compared with $42.15 a day earlier.

According to the association, both gold and silver prices were calculated after converting international values into Pakistani rupees on the basis of the interbank exchange rate.
