Karachi, September 23, 2025 – The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association released the latest gold and silver prices in Pakistan on Tuesday, reflecting another surge both in local and international markets. The changes come amid continued volatility in global commodities, with investors turning to precious metals as a safe haven.
In the local market, 24-karat gold climbed to Rs398,800 per tola, marking an increase of Rs5,100 compared with the previous day’s Rs393,700. Similarly, the 24-karat per 10 grams rate rose by Rs4,372 to Rs341,906, while 22-karat gold stood at Rs313,425 per 10 grams. Internationally, the metal also hit new highs, settling at $3,770 per ounce after gaining $51.
Meanwhile, silver prices also registered an upward movement. The 24-karat silver rate increased to Rs4,637 per tola, up by Rs42, while the per 10 grams price stood at Rs3,975, showing a gain of Rs36. In the global market, silver closed at $44.10 per ounce, after a rise of $0.42.
The association noted that both gold and silver prices are calculated in line with international benchmarks and the interbank foreign exchange market. Analysts suggest that if global uncertainties persist, the upward trend in precious metals may continue in the coming weeks.
