Karachi, September 28, 2025 – The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association has officially announced the updated gold and silver prices for the domestic market. These figures reflect Saturday’s closing, as bullion markets remained closed on Sunday, September 28, 2025.
According to the latest update, gold maintained its strong position in both local and international markets. The rate for gold stood at Rs397,700 per tola for 24-karat, while 10 grams of 24-karat were priced at Rs340,963. Meanwhile, 22-karat per 10 grams of gold was recorded at Rs312,560. On the global stage, an ounce of gold traded at $3,759, signaling continued strength in safe-haven assets amid global economic uncertainty.
Turning to silver, the association reported its 24-karat per tola price at Rs4,704. Similarly, 10 grams of silver were quoted at Rs4,032. In the international market, an ounce of silver closed at $46.05, highlighting steady investor interest in precious metals. Analysts note that while silver is often more volatile than gold, it remains a popular choice for both investors and jewelers due to its industrial demand.
The association clarified that both gold and silver prices are calculated based on movements in the interbank foreign exchange market, linking Pakistan’s bullion trade with global currency fluctuations. Traders and investors continue to monitor these values closely to anticipate future trends.
