Domestic bullion rates hold unchanged on Saturday as international gold trades at $4,066 per ounce amid post-US election market volatility.
KARACHI, November 7, 2026: Gold prices in Pakistan remained unchanged on Saturday, with 24-karat gold settling at Rs429,136 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association (APGJA).
The price of 24-karat gold also remained steady at Rs367,914 per 10 grams, reflecting stability in the domestic bullion market.
Meanwhile, international gold prices remained firm at $4,066 per ounce.
Bullion market experts said precious metal prices had experienced volatility following the recent US mid-term elections, as investors assessed the potential impact of the political developments on global markets.
The Democrats’ election victory raised hopes of reduced tensions in the Middle East, improving investor sentiment towards gold and supporting significant gains in international bullion prices during the week.
However, post-election statements by US President Donald Trump once again unsettled market sentiment, triggering concerns among investors. International oil prices also surged, while gold prices witnessed a decline during the previous trading session.
Market participants said geopolitical developments, movements in international oil prices and changing investor expectations would continue to influence gold prices in the coming sessions.
Despite the recent fluctuations, domestic gold prices remained unchanged on Saturday, keeping the per-tola rate at Rs429,136.
