Google has officially launched its latest flagship smartphones — the Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL — introducing major upgrades in performance, battery life, and charging technology.

While both models closely resemble their predecessors in design, they now arrive in fresh color options including Moonstone (blue-gray), Obsidian (black), Porcelain (white), and Jade (green).

The Pixel 10 Pro features a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 1,280 x 2,856 pixels, while the larger Pixel 10 Pro XL offers a 6.8-inch screen with 1,344 x 2,992 pixels. Both displays deliver adaptive refresh rates between 1Hz and 120Hz, peak brightness of up to 3,300 nits, and are protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The devices also include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and a 42MP selfie camera.

Under the hood, both models are powered by the Tensor G5 chipset, Google’s first processor manufactured by TSMC. The new chip promises 34% faster CPU performance and up to 60% faster AI processing compared to the previous generation. It is also the first to run Google’s Gemini Nano AI model, paired with the Titan M2 security chip. Every model comes standard with 16GB RAM for smooth multitasking.

On the camera front, the Pixel 10 series continues Google’s tradition of excellence. The phones feature a 50MP main sensor, a 48MP ultrawide lens, and a 48MP telephoto camera offering 5x optical and up to 100x hybrid zoom. Video recording supports up to 8K resolution at 30fps.

Battery performance has also seen an upgrade, with the Pixel 10 Pro packing a 4,870mAh battery with 30W charging, while the Pixel 10 Pro XL includes a 5,200mAh battery supporting 45W charging. Both models introduce Qi 2 wireless charging with Google’s new Pixelsnap magnetic system, offering 15W speeds on the Pro and 25W on the Pro XL.

Running on Android 16 with Google’s new Material 3 Expressive UI, the Pixel 10 series is guaranteed seven years of OS and security updates. Additional features include IP68 water resistance, Wi-Fi 7, Ultra-Wideband, and Bluetooth 6.

Pricing starts at $999 / €1,099 / £999 / ₹109,999 for the Pixel 10 Pro and $1,199 / €1,299 / £1,199 / ₹124,999 for the Pixel 10 Pro XL. Pre-orders are live now, with shipping beginning August 28.
