Renowned filmmaker James Gunn has revealed himself to be a long-time fan of the Big Brother franchise, and now he is officially joining the show.
The Guardians of the Galaxy and Suicide Squad director has been announced as a celebrity guest panelist for Big Brother: Unlocked, airing during the double eviction episode on September 18.

Gunn shared that he has been following the reality series since its very first season, calling himself a dedicated viewer. He even highlighted seasons 2, 6, 16, and 24 as his personal favorites. The director admitted that watching Big Brother is a nightly routine he shares with his wife, Jennifer Holland, best known for her role in Peacemaker.
“I work all day, then Jen and I eat, and after that, we watch Big Brother together,” Gunn revealed.
