Haval H6 PHEV Review: Luxurious Plug-in Hybrid SUV for Pakistan

H6 Facelift

GWM Pakistan has expanded its lineup with the launch of the Haval H6 Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV), adding another premium option to the successful H6 series.

Already available in 1.5T, 2.0T, and HEV variants, the new PHEV brings a stronger focus on eco-friendly driving without compromising performance or luxury.

Price and Booking

The H6 PHEV is priced at Rs 12,895,000, while bookings require a down payment of Rs 2,400,000. With reservations now open, customers can secure one of the most advanced hybrid SUVs in the market.

Performance

Under the hood, the H6 PHEV packs a 1.5T plug-in hybrid engine, coupled with DHT transmission and an intelligent AWD system. Together, they deliver an impressive 360 hp and 760 Nm of torque, ensuring smooth acceleration and confident handling.

The vehicle offers a 100 km pure electric range, with fuel consumption as low as 1L/100 km—ideal for city commutes. For long trips, its combined range extends up to 1,043 km, while DC fast charging allows a 30–80% recharge in under 30 minutes.

Exterior

The H6 PHEV sports a bold and modern design, featuring LED headlamps, DRLs, taillights, and a panoramic sunroof. Additional highlights include 19-inch alloy wheels, roof rails, privacy glass, and an inductive tailgate. The overall styling strikes a balance between elegance and SUV toughness.

Interior

Inside, the SUV impresses with a 25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 6-inch infotainment screen, and a 9-speaker audio system. Comfort is enhanced with ventilated and heated seats, a power-adjustable driver’s seat with memory, wireless charging, and dual-zone climate control.

Connectivity options like Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a 4G smart control app further enhance the driving experience.

Safety

Safety is a key strength of the H6 PHEV, featuring six airbags, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, and a 540-degree camera with a transparent chassis view.

Autonomous emergency braking, traffic sign recognition, tyre pressure monitoring, and auto parking assist make it one of the safest SUVs available in its class.
