Karachi, January 27, 2026 – Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited has reported an exceptional financial performance, recording more than 116 percent growth in profit after tax for the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025.
In its financial results submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company announced a profit after tax of Rs2.23 billion for the nine-month period, a sharp increase from Rs1.03 billion posted during the same period last year. The strong earnings performance pushed earnings per share (EPS) to Rs15.59, compared with Rs7.19 previously.
The Board of Directors of Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited convened on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, to review the results. The board did not approve any cash dividend, bonus shares, right issue, or other corporate actions at this stage.
According to the financial statements, the company paid income tax amounting to Rs1.56 billion during the nine-month period, nearly double the Rs769 million paid in the corresponding period of the previous financial year. Robust sales growth remained a key driver of profitability, with revenue increasing significantly to Rs85 billion from Rs50.41 billion.
Gross profit also showed a strong upward trend, rising to Rs6.69 billion compared with Rs3.87 billion a year earlier. Meanwhile, administrative expenses increased to Rs1.80 billion from Rs1.29 billion, reflecting higher operating costs.
For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, Honda Atlas posted a profit of Rs655 million, up from Rs566 million in the same quarter last year, underlining continued momentum in earnings growth.
