Karachi, November 20, 2025 – Honda Atlas Cars Limited has released its financial results for the six months ending September 30, 2025, revealing a significant jump in tax payments and profitability. The automaker confirmed that it paid more than Rs1 billion in income tax during the period, marking a substantial rise from Rs230 million paid in the same months last year—an increase of nearly 340%.

The company submitted its financial performance report to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), highlighting a strong 241% surge in after-tax profit. Honda Atlas posted a profit of Rs1.57 billion for the first half of FY2025, compared to Rs460 million recorded in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. Earnings per share (EPS) also rose sharply, climbing to Rs11, up from Rs3.22 in the same period last year.

Despite the improved profitability, the board of directors, which met on November 20, 2025, did not recommend any cash dividend, bonus shares, right issue, or additional shareholder benefits for the period.

The financial statements further showed that Honda Atlas achieved a gross profit of Rs4.20 billion, up from Rs2.23 billion in the comparable period last year, reflecting stronger sales and improved margins. However, administrative expenses increased to Rs1.22 billion from Rs830 million, indicating higher operational and management costs.

Honda Atlas’ robust financial performance underscores improved market demand and operational efficiencies, contributing to the company’s stronger half-yearly earnings.
