Hyundai Pakistan has revised the prices of its hybrid vehicle lineup following the increase in sales tax on hybrid cars to 25 percent. The latest adjustment has pushed the Hyundai Elantra Hybrid price beyond the Rs11 million mark.
The company has announced revised pricing for its hybrid range, including the Elantra Hybrid, Tucson Hybrid and Santa Fe Hybrid. However, Hyundai is offering temporary discounted prices on these models to provide customers with partial relief from the latest price increase.
The discounted prices will remain available until August 31, 2026, giving buyers a limited window to purchase the hybrid models at rates lower than their revised prices.
Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Price
The Hyundai Elantra Hybrid has received a significant price increase under the revised pricing structure. Its previous price stood at Rs9,895,000, but the company has now increased the regular price to Rs11,400,000.
This represents an increase of Rs1,505,000 compared with the previous price, reflecting the impact of the higher sales tax on hybrid vehicles.
Despite the increase, customers can currently purchase the Elantra Hybrid at a discounted price of Rs10,761,000. The temporary discount provides a reduction of Rs639,000 from the newly revised regular price.
The discounted price is scheduled to remain effective until August 31, 2026. After the deadline, customers may have to pay the full revised price unless Hyundai announces another extension or adjustment.
