Pak Suzuki Motor Company has announced a significant price hike across its vehicle lineup in Pakistan, effective July 2025. This development comes in response to the newly implemented NEV Levy and higher Sales Tax introduced in the Federal Budget 2025–26.

As a result, customers will now face higher costs for several popular Suzuki models, including the Alto, Cultus, Swift, Every, and Ravi.

Suzuki Alto Price Surge in July 2025

The Suzuki Alto, known for its affordability and popularity among Pakistani buyers, has witnessed a substantial increase in retail prices. All three variants have been affected, with price jumps ranging from over Rs 167,000 to nearly Rs 186,500.

Alto VXR: Previously priced at Rs 2,827,000, this mid-tier variant now retails at Rs 2,994,861, marking an increase of Rs 167,861.

Alto VXR AGS: The semi-automatic variant has seen its price go from Rs 2,989,000 to Rs 3,166,480, reflecting a rise of Rs 177,480.

Alto VXL AGS: The top-end model now costs Rs 3,326,446, up from Rs 3,140,000—a difference of Rs 186,446.

Design and Features Stay the Same

Despite the price increase, the 2025 Suzuki Alto retains its design and features. The hatchback continues to offer a compact, city-friendly design with updated yet recognizable styling.

A sleek front grille, body-colored bumpers, and halogen headlamps provide a modern yet practical appearance for urban use.

At the rear, integrated tail lights within the bumper add to the vehicle’s simple but effective styling, ensuring both visibility and safety.

Thanks to its compact build, the Alto excels in maneuverability, making it a suitable option for congested city roads and tight parking spaces. Its lightweight construction also helps improve fuel economy, ideal for routine commuting.

Inside the cabin, the Alto offers basic yet practical features such as fabric upholstery, air conditioning in higher trims, and power steering.

The VXR AGS and VXL AGS models are equipped with Suzuki’s Auto Gear Shift (AGS) system, which merges the convenience of automatic driving with manual control benefits.

Under the hood, the Alto houses a 660cc R-Series petrol engine that delivers efficient performance while minimizing fuel consumption. Both manual and AGS transmission options are available, catering to different driving preferences.
