Pak Suzuki Motor Company has officially updated the prices of its entire vehicle range in Pakistan, with the revised rates taking effect from July 1, 2025.
This price adjustment follows the implementation of the Federal Budget 2025–26, which introduced a New Energy Vehicle (NEV) Levy along with an increased Sales Tax—prompting automakers to revise their pricing structures accordingly.
Suzuki Swift Price Increase
Among the models impacted, the highly popular Suzuki Swift has witnessed a noticeable rise across all variants. The base Swift GL M/T variant now carries a price tag of Rs 4,460,160, up from Rs 4,416,000, reflecting an increase of Rs 44,160.
Similarly, the GL CVT variant has gone up to Rs 4,605,600 from Rs 4,560,000, registering an uptick of Rs 45,600.
The flagship GLX CVT variant has seen the steepest increase, with its price rising by Rs 47,190, bringing the new retail price to Rs 4,766,190.
Swift Engine and Transmission
Under the hood, the Suzuki Swift comes with a 1.2-liter DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder VVT petrol engine, producing 92 horsepower and 113 Nm of torque at 4200 RPM.
The VVT (Variable Valve Timing) technology boosts both fuel efficiency and overall performance. Buyers can opt for a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic transmission, delivering a smooth and responsive drive.
Exterior Styling
The Swift’s exterior design stands out with a chrome-accented honeycomb grille, stylish alloy wheels, and sleek aerodynamic lines. Rear door handles are subtly placed within the pillars, while LED projector headlamps and daytime running lights (DRLs) enhance visibility at night.
Interior and Features
Inside, the Swift offers contemporary technology, including push-start ignition, a sporty flat-bottom steering wheel, and a 9-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. Comfort features such as climate control and cruise control make it suitable for both urban commutes and long-distance travel.
Safety Features
When it comes to safety, the Swift is equipped with a 6-airbag SRS system, an anti-theft alarm, and a robust body structure designed to provide enhanced protection in both frontal and side collisions.
