Apple has officially announced an upcoming special event slated for Tuesday, September 12th, at 10:00 am Pacific Time.
The chosen theme for this occasion is “Wonderlust,” cleverly riffing on “wanderlust” to convey a strong yearning for extraordinary experiences.
Anticipation is mounting for the premiere of the Apple iPhone 15 Series during this event. The lineup encompasses several versions: iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
There are also discussions regarding Apple’s intentions to revamp its AirPods lineup, potentially endowing them with USB-C connectivity. Furthermore, the event is anticipated to introduce the new Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2.
In adherence to the recent EU directive, all four forthcoming iPhones will be equipped with USB-C ports. Notably, there are swirling speculations about the iPhone 15 Pro Max possibly becoming the first Apple device to incorporate a periscope zoom camera.
The Pro models are set to adopt titanium frames, departing from the conventional stainless steel. A significant change across the entire series involves the replacement of the mute switch with a customizable “Action button.” Additionally, the Dynamic Island feature is expected to be a standard feature across all models.
