IRSOA welcomes appointment of Zubair Bilal as Member IR Operations

Islamabad, December 4, 2025 – The Inland Revenue Service Officers Association (IRSOA) has warmly welcomed the Federal Board of Revenue’s (FBR) decision to elevate senior Inland Revenue officer Zubair Bilal to the position of Member IR Operations.

The association described the appointment as a well-earned milestone reflecting his long-standing service, dedication, and professional excellence.

In an official statement issued on Thursday, the IRSOA extended its “warmest congratulations and sincere felicitations” to Bilal, emphasizing that his elevation highlights both his personal achievements and the esteem in which he is held within the department.
