On Saturday, May 3, the weather in Islamabad is expected to remain partly cloudy throughout the day. However, thunderstorms, accompanied by strong winds and rain, may develop in the afternoon or evening. There is also a chance of isolated hailstorms or heavy rainfall during the day. The PMD has put the probability of this weather event at 55%.
The situation is expected to remain similar on Sunday, May 4, as thunderstorms is likely to hit Islamabad and nearby areas. The forecast predicts partly cloudy to cloudy skies, along with rain and wind. Isolated hailstorms or heavy downpours could also occur. The likelihood of a thunderstorm on Sunday stands at 65%.
AccuWeather, an international weather forecasting service, has also confirmed the possibility of a thunderstorm in Islamabad on both days.

• Saturday, May 3: The day will be mostly cloudy with a high of 35°C and a low of 20°C. There’s a 40% chance of a thunderstorm, likely in the afternoon. Winds will blow from the south-southeast at 11 km/h. The RealFeel® temperature may reach 38°C, with a UV Index of 11, indicating extreme exposure to the sun when it’s visible.
• Sunday, May 4: The temperature will drop slightly, with a high of 30°C and a low of 21°C. There is a 47% chance of an afternoon thunderstorm, possibly hitting one or two locations around Islamabad. Winds will shift to come from the west at 13 km/h. The RealFeel® temperature will be around 30°C, with a moderate UV Index of 5.
