The upcoming change in conditions comes as a shallow westerly wave approaches the western and upper regions of the country.
According to the PMD’s latest advisory, Islamabad saw cold and dry weather on Wednesday, with similar cold but cloudier conditions expected on Thursday across the city and surrounding areas.
