Islamabad, January 11, 2026 — Jazz, Pakistan’s leading digital communications company, has officially launched “JazzWorld”, a renewed corporate identity that reflects its evolution into a multi-business group spanning connectivity, digital, financial, lifestyle, health, data centres, artificial intelligence (AI), and platform-based services.

The company said JazzWorld provides a unified strategic direction for its rapidly expanding portfolio while Jazz continues to operate under its existing brand, legal, and regulatory framework as Pakistan’s most trusted telecom operator. The new identity defines how Jazz’s diverse businesses integrate to collectively serve over 100 million Pakistanis through a single, coherent digital ecosystem.

Under the JazzWorld umbrella, the group is scaling and connecting platforms across fintech, digital entertainment, youth engagement, cloud services, software development, healthtech, fashion commerce, and insuretech. Key platforms include JazzCash, Mobilink Bank, Tamasha, ROX, Simosa (ultra app), Garaj, Teknosys, ApnaClinic, ZARR, and FikrFree.

Simultaneously, JazzWorld is strengthening its AI, data centre, and cybersecurity capabilities, aiming to build a secure, intelligent, and integrated national-scale digital infrastructure aligned with its purpose of delivering a “Better Life for All.”

As part of the launch, Aamer Ejaz has been appointed Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO), a newly created role focused on accelerating responsible, locally relevant AI solutions to enhance customer experience, business intelligence, and product innovation. In parallel, cybersecurity has been elevated to a core governance priority, with Chief Information Security Officer Qasim Shafique now reporting directly to the CEO.

Commenting on the development, Aamir Ibrahim, CEO of JazzWorld, said the new identity reflects the company’s transformation and future direction, emphasizing innovation, trust, and intelligence across all customer touchpoints.

The company clarified that connectivity will remain the foundation of JazzWorld, with further details on the rollout of the new identity across products and services to be announced in the coming weeks.
