Strategic partnership introduces flexible payment options, Galaxy AI experiences and 5G-ready devices to support Pakistan’s digital inclusion.
Jazz, Pakistan’s leading connectivity provider under JazzWorld, has partnered with Samsung Electronics to make artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled smartphones more affordable and accessible across the country.
The strategic partnership was signed at Samsung’s global headquarters in Suwon, South Korea, focusing on device affordability, access to Galaxy AI features and greater convenience in digital payments through opportunities involving Samsung Wallet.
The collaboration will combine Jazz’s connectivity, retail network and customer reach with Samsung’s mobile technology and AI capabilities. Instalment plans and trade-in programmes are expected to reduce upfront costs for compatible Galaxy AI and 5G-enabled smartphones.
Jazz GSM President Kazim Mujtaba said the partnership aimed to help more Pakistanis use AI for learning, work and creativity, while exploring ways to make everyday payments more convenient.
Samsung Electronics Pakistan Managing Director Ryan Na said the collaboration would combine Samsung’s mobile innovation with Jazz’s extensive connectivity and retail presence, making advanced Galaxy experiences more attainable.
Selected Jazz outlets will provide opportunities for customers to experience Samsung’s latest devices and Galaxy AI features. Consumers will also receive guidance on financing and connectivity options, supported by after-sales services.
The partnership will promote 5G-ready smartphones to support productivity, communication, content creation and entertainment. Jazz and Samsung also plan to explore bundled device and connectivity solutions for corporate and enterprise customers.
The companies said the initiative would support digital and financial inclusion by broadening access to advanced smartphones and emerging technologies.
By combining flexible ownership options with connectivity and AI capabilities, the partnership aims to encourage wider adoption of next-generation mobile technology and strengthen participation in Pakistan’s digital economy.
