JazzWorld offers 2GB free data amid Middle East crisis

Islamabad, March 20, 2026 – Jazz has announced a special relief initiative through its digital platform JazzWorld, offering 2GB of free data to Pakistani customers currently using international roaming services across Gulf countries during Eid-ul-Fitr.

The initiative comes in response to ongoing disruptions in the Middle East, aiming to help overseas Pakistanis stay connected with their families during the festive season. With many individuals spending Eid away from home, the offer is designed to ensure uninterrupted communication during a critical time.

According to the company, the free data offer will remain valid until March 31, 2026, and is being automatically provisioned to eligible users. Customers do not need to take any action, as activation is confirmed via SMS notifications.

Kazim Mujtaba, President of Jazz GSM, said the initiative reflects the company’s commitment to customer support during challenging times. He emphasized that Eid is a time of connection and togetherness, and the company aims to bridge the distance for those abroad.

This latest offer builds on earlier support measures introduced by Jazz at the onset of regional instability, where free data was extended to users across GCC countries. The previous initiative received strong engagement, benefiting tens of thousands of customers and highlighting the importance of digital connectivity during uncertain conditions.

Jazz noted that these efforts are part of its broader strategy to provide reliable and accessible communication services, especially during emergencies and major occasions.

As geopolitical uncertainties persist, such initiatives play a vital role in helping overseas Pakistanis remain in touch with loved ones, reinforcing the importance of digital inclusion and connectivity in today’s world.
