Jennifer Aniston has expressed her excitement about the possibility of reprising one of her most memorable roles—Dr. Julia Harris from the Horrible Bosses films.

Known for portraying the bold and provocative dentist, Aniston shared that the character still holds a special place in her heart.

In a recent interview with PEOPLE, the Friends star was asked which past role she would love to return to. Without hesitation, Aniston said, “Horrible Bosses. Jason Bateman and I were talking about that, and Charlie Day has been talking about it a lot too. So that’s something that we think would be super fun.”

Aniston praised the film’s over-the-top characters and comedic energy, emphasizing how important laughter is in today’s world. “The characters are hilarious, and we need comedy. I personally think comedy is a necessity,” she said.

Released in 2011, Horrible Bosses was a commercial success and became a fan-favorite for its outrageous humor and star-studded cast. The 2014 sequel, Horrible Bosses 2, continued the chaotic misadventures of the lead trio played by Jason Bateman, Charlie Day, and Jason Sudeikis, with Aniston’s character stealing the spotlight in many scenes.

While Jennifer Aniston has played numerous iconic roles throughout her career—from Rachel Green in Friends to major Hollywood blockbusters—she’s still chasing new dreams. One of them, she revealed, is performing on Broadway.

“I definitely want to do a Broadway play,” Aniston said. “That’s on my bucket list, but it’s finding the time and finding the right piece, the right material. But I absolutely have to do a play on Broadway.”

Whether she’s making fans laugh in a comedy or eyeing the stage lights of Broadway, Jennifer Aniston continues to keep audiences excited about what she’ll do next.
