The actor has sold his renovated Culver City property off-market following his family’s move to Nashville, while another California home remains unsold.

Justin Baldoni has reportedly sold his Los Angeles home for $2.1 million, marking another property move for the actor amid his relocation to Tennessee.

According to Page Six, the three-bedroom, three-bathroom property in Culver City was sold off-market in August. Built in 1952, the house occupies a 5,736-square-foot plot and features a swimming pool, vaulted wooden ceilings and updated finishes.

Baldoni, 42, purchased the property in 2017 for $1.04 million and spent three years renovating it. In 2020, he told his Instagram followers that he had been extensively incorporating Feng Shui principles into the home, describing the renovation as a labour of love.

The sale follows the family’s move to Nashville in January. Baldoni, his wife Emily and their children purchased a property in the Tennessee city for $3.4 million.

An insider told People in May that Nashville had provided the family with a fresh start, describing them as incredibly resilient and grounded.

Meanwhile, Baldoni still owns a five-bedroom Spanish-style property in Ojai, California. He listed the house for $8.88 million in April, but it was taken off the market last month.

The property developments come against the backdrop of Baldoni’s legal dispute with his It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively.

Lively accused him of sexual harassment on set and orchestrating a smear campaign in December 2024. Baldoni denied the allegations and subsequently filed a $400 million defamation and extortion lawsuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds. A judge dismissed his lawsuit in June 2025.

In April 2026, a judge dismissed most of Lively’s claims, including her sexual harassment allegations. The parties reached a settlement in May 2026, approximately two weeks before the scheduled trial, expressing hope that everyone could move forward constructively and in peace.
