The rapper reportedly spent thousands of dollars on Pokémon cards during a private shopping trip to a Burbank collectibles store with North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

Kanye West treated his children to an exciting family outing after taking North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm to a collectibles shop in Burbank, where he reportedly spent thousands of dollars on Pokémon cards.

The rapper visited LA Sports Cards with his four children on Wednesday evening. According to reports, the shop closed its doors to allow the family to browse and shop privately.

A source cited by Page Six said the children were thrilled by the visit and appeared to know exactly what they wanted. Kanye reportedly spent “thousands upon thousands” of dollars on Pokémon cards, with the youngsters eagerly opening their purchases inside the shop.

The store later shared a photograph of Kanye with its staff on social media, thanking him for the visit.

Kanye West and His Children Have Visited the Shop Before

The latest outing was not the family’s first visit to the collectibles store. Kanye and his youngest son, Psalm, were previously spotted there in May, while Kim Kardashian has also visited the shop earlier this year.

Their repeated visits suggest that Pokémon card collecting has become a shared interest among the family, offering the children an opportunity to enjoy the hobby together.

Pokémon cards have long attracted collectors of different ages, with some rare cards fetching substantial sums on the resale market. For Kanye’s children, however, the shopping trip appeared to be as much about the excitement of opening their purchases as the collecting itself.

North West Opens Up About Her Career Plans

Meanwhile, Kanye’s eldest daughter, North West, has been exploring ambitions of her own. The teenager recently revealed that she would like to get a regular job at Starbucks next year, while continuing to develop her music career.

“I want to have a regular job, I guess,” North said.

Despite growing up in one of the world’s most high-profile celebrity families, North has expressed an interest in experiencing a more conventional working life alongside her creative pursuits.

She has already performed at music festivals and previously spoken about wishing she had started pursuing music earlier.

Her comments suggest that she is keen to continue developing her artistic ambitions while exploring opportunities outside the entertainment industry.

As Kanye’s latest outing highlights the family’s shared interest in collecting, North’s career plans offer a glimpse into the different paths his children are beginning to explore.
