Kanye West is reportedly struggling to come to terms with ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s new relationship with Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton, insiders say.
Although West, 46, is now married to Bianca Censori and has moved on in his personal life, sources reveal that he feels a sense of jealousy over Kim’s romance. The emotions are intensified because Lewis is not a stranger to West; the rapper has known Hamilton for years and previously welcomed him into his family circle.
An insider told media outlets that seeing Kim with another man has never been easy for Kanye. “It felt strange during her past relationships too, and now those same emotions have resurfaced,” the source said. “Watching the reality star happy with someone he once called a friend makes things uncomfortable for him.”
Kim and Lewis recently made headlines after being spotted together at the Super Bowl. Prior to that, the pair were seen enjoying time together in the UK while keeping their relationship relatively private.
The source added that it has become difficult for Kanye to see Hamilton around Kim’s family, claiming he feels like a space that once belonged to him has now been taken.
