Karachi, November 25, 2025 – Karachi is expected to experience a noticeable winter chill this coming weekend as temperatures continue to decline gradually across the city. Weather experts predict that cooler conditions will settle in, offering residents the first real taste of the winter season.
According to AccuWeather, the city will see a steady drop in temperatures throughout the week, with hazy sunshine and dry air dominating the weather pattern. While daytime temperatures will remain relatively mild, the nights are expected to turn significantly cooler.
Forecasters indicate that from Tuesday through Thursday, the city will experience highs of around 30°C and lows of 15°C, accompanied by hazy sunshine and light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast. The RealFeel® temperature is expected to remain close to the actual temperature, while shade conditions may feel slightly cooler.
By Friday and Saturday, Karachi will see temperatures dip further, reaching 29°C during the day and dropping to 14°C and 13°C at night. These lower nighttime temperatures are likely to bring a more pronounced winter feel, especially during early mornings and late evenings.
Weather analysts note that the upcoming weekend’s conditions—characterized by long periods of sunshine, low humidity, and gentle winds—are typical indicators of the winter transition phase in the coastal city. The Max UV Index is expected to remain moderate throughout the week, signaling generally safe outdoor conditions for most residents.
Meteorologists advise citizens to prepare for cooler nights by adjusting their clothing and keeping warm, particularly children, the old-age people, and those sensitive to temperature changes. While no rain is expected, the dry air may also lead to slight discomfort for individuals with respiratory issues.
Karachi’s weather shift marks the beginning of the city’s brief but welcome winter season, with temperatures likely to drop further as December approaches.
