Karachi Weather Update: Rain Unlikely This Week

Monsoon Rainfall

KARACHI, August 26, 2025 – The weather outlook for Karachi suggests a dry spell for the week ahead, with no significant rainfall expected, according to the latest forecast by AccuWeather.

The city, known for its humid conditions and sea breeze, will experience mostly sunny intervals with occasional clouds, keeping the weather pleasant for most parts of the day.

On Tuesday, the temperature is projected to hover around 32°C during the day and 27°C at night. Humidity levels may make the RealFeel® temperature rise to 38°C, though the RealFeel Shade™ will be slightly lower at 35°C. Winds are expected from the west-southwest at around 15 km/h.

The midweek forecast, including Wednesday and Thursday, anticipates similar conditions with temperatures around 33°C during the day and 27°C at night. The chance of rain remains minimal at 6–7 percent, with light to moderate winds maintaining airflow across Karachi.

Heading into Friday and Saturday, the weather will remain consistent, with only a 3–4 percent chance of rain. However, the RealFeel® temperature could rise to 42°C by Saturday afternoon, driven by increased humidity and higher UV levels. Residents are advised to stay hydrated and limit outdoor exposure during peak afternoon hours.

Despite the lack of rain, the relatively mild wind patterns and mix of clouds and sunshine will provide some comfort. Karachi continues to experience late-summer conditions with moderate heat levels and no immediate threat of monsoon activity.
