Katie Price has extended a sincere public apology to Myleene Klass after admitting she was wrong to label the star a “clone” during a live show on her tour with close friend Kerry Katona. The reality TV personality said she felt compelled to set the record straight once she learned the true reason behind Myleene receiving an MBE earlier this year.
Katie had initially criticized the TV industry as “corrupt” and suggested that Myleene was honored merely for “playing classical piano.” However, after discovering that Myleene was awarded an MBE for her advocacy for women affected by miscarriages and her significant work in women’s health, Katie acknowledged her mistake.
Speaking on the latest episode of The Katie Price Show podcast, the mother of five revealed she had also suffered miscarriages, including late-loss pregnancies—a subject she said is deeply personal. Katie praised Myleene’s campaigning efforts and emphasized that her remarks were never intended to diminish such important work.
“I never apologies unless I’m genuinely in the wrong,” she admitted. “Now I know why she got an MBE. She’s done something incredible for women who’ve experienced miscarriages, and that’s very close to my heart. I commend her for that, and I apologies.”
Katie also noted that her initial comments stemmed from frustration, adding that many people receive honors while she feels her own charity efforts have often gone unrecognized.
The apology follows her earlier controversial remarks made during an interview with Closer Magazine, which drew criticism online.
