Katie Price takes aim at ex Peter Andre over parenting rights

Reality star Katie Price appeared to take a subtle jab at her ex-husband Peter Andre as she voiced frustration over parenting rights and her limited say in decisions about her children.

Speaking on the latest episode of The Katie Price Show podcast, the 47-year-old media personality didn’t mention Peter by name but strongly hinted at their strained co-parenting relationship. During a candid conversation with her sister Sophie Price, 35, Katie expressed how painful it feels to be sidelined when it comes to her children’s lives.

“When you have a child, and someone else starts dictating what they do without giving you a say, it’s like taking away your mother’s instinct — your mother’s right,” she said. “It hurts my feelings because I am their mother, and I will always be their mother, regardless. People who make money off them will come and go, but your mother will be there forever.”

Katie and Peter — who share Princess Andre, 18, and Junior Andre, 20 — have had a long-running public feud since their split in 2009. Their disagreements have often made headlines, and tensions reportedly reignited recently when Katie was barred from appearing in her daughter Princess’s ITV reality show The Princess Diaries, which chronicles Princess’s journey into adulthood.

While Katie refrained from directly criticizing Peter, fans quickly interpreted her remarks as a response to ongoing conflicts about custody and parental involvement. The comments have sparked renewed online debate about co-parenting boundaries and the emotional toll of shared parenting arrangements in the public eye.
