Karachi, August 25, 2025 – The Karachi Customs Agents Association (KCAA) has released the schedule for its annual general elections for the 2025–2026 term, which will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the KCAA Auditorium, Head Office, Karachi.
Mansoor Ali, General Secretary of KCAA, confirmed that all members have been notified through Election Notice No. KCAA-406/2024-2025 issued on August 20, 2025. Nomination forms will be available from August 23, and the final date for submission is September 4, 2025. Scrutiny of nomination papers is scheduled for September 8, followed by the display of the valid candidates’ list on September 10. Withdrawal of nominations will be allowed until September 19, and the final list of candidates will be posted on September 20, 2025.
The KCAA has requested all members to carry their original Custom House Agent Licence (CHAL) Booklet along with the association’s Smart Card to cast their votes. Members who have outstanding membership fees must clear them by September 3, 2025, to be eligible to vote.
This election marks an important step in ensuring smooth representation and decision-making for the KCAA in the coming year.
