Karachi, January 19, 2026 – Karachi Gateway Terminal Multipurpose Limited (KGTML) has taken a major step to modernize bulk cargo handling at Karachi Port by signing an agreement with GENMA, a leading Chinese company specializing in automated cargo solutions.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Rear Admiral Shahid Ahmed SI (M) S. Bt (Retd), Chairman of Karachi Port Trust (KPT), who lauded the collaboration as a key milestone in enhancing Pakistan’s maritime trade infrastructure.
