Lucky Motor Corporation has announced the new prices of KIA cars after increase in sales tax. The revised prices of KIA vehicles have been effective from March 01, 2023.
The company kept certain condition that all orders with full payment credited to Lucky Motors as on February 28, 2023, will be delivered on old prices. Whereas the customers have to pay according to new prices on all new bookings from March 1, 2023.
The federal cabinet approved the Finance Supplementary Bill 2023 allowing increase in general sales tax to 18 per cent and additional taxes on luxury items as part of the reforms related to the International Monetary Fund’s Ninth Review.
The uncertain economic situation and devaluation of local currency against dollar has compelled the company to increase the retail selling prices of the vehicles.
Following are the increased prices for all variants of KIA Picanto:
The price of KIA Picanto M/T is increased by Rs72,000 to Rs3,300,000 as compared to previous price tag of Rs3,228,000.
The price of KIA Picanto A/T is increased by Rs120,000 to Rs3,550,000 as compared to previous price tag of Rs3,430,000.
Following are the increased prices for all variants of KIA Stonic:
The price of KIA Stonic EX is increased by Rs58,000 to Rs4,900,000 as compared to previous price tag of Rs4,842,000 .
The price of IA Stonic EX+ is increased by Rs 105,000 to Rs5,400,000 as compared to previous price tag of Rs5,295,000.
Following are the increased prices for all variants of KIA Sorento:
The price of KIA Sorento 2.4L FWD is increased by Rs528,000 to Rs9,000,000 as compared to previous price tag of Rs8,472,000.
The price of KIA Sorento 2.4L AWD is increased by Rs622,000 to Rs9,800,000 as compared to previous price tag of Rs9,178,000.
The price of KIA Sorento 3.5L FWD is increased by Rs622,000 to Rs9,800,000 as compared to previous price tag of Rs9,178,000.
Following is the increased price for KIA Carnival GLS EXEC:
The price of KIA Carnival GLS EXEC is increased by Rs521,000 to Rs15,650,000 as compared to previous price tag of Rs15,129,000.
