Lucky Motor Corporation absorbs most of the tax impact while introducing updated Sportage L HEV and new Sorento AWD PHEV variants.
KIA Pakistan has announced the prices of its new Sportage L HEV facelift variants and the newly introduced Sorento AWD PHEV, while absorbing most of the impact caused by the recent sales tax rate increase.
The company said the revised pricing is aimed at providing customers with greater value alongside new features and all-wheel-drive upgrades.
New KIA Sportage L HEV Facelift
The new Sportage L HEV facelift is being offered in both FWD and AWD configurations. The KIA Sportage L 1.6T FWD HEV carries an ex-factory price of Rs12,199,000, while the KIA Sportage L 1.6T AWD HEV is priced at Rs13,299,000.
The facelift brings a refreshed exterior featuring signature Star-map DRLs, redesigned front and rear styling, a new alloy wheel design and all-black gloss skirting. Inside, the SUV gets an all-black interior with Alcantara finish, heated and ventilated seats with memory function, and a new two-spoke steering wheel.
For comparison, the previous fifth-generation Sportage L Alpha was priced at Rs7,899,000 and has now been discontinued. The Sportage L 2.0 FWD, previously priced at Rs10,499,000, is available in limited stock, while the Sportage L 1.6T FWD HEV previously priced at Rs11,299,000 has also been discontinued.
KIA Sorento AWD PHEV Price
KIA Pakistan has also introduced the Sorento 1.6T AWD PHEV at Rs18,999,000. The plug-in hybrid variant expands the Sorento lineup by offering customers the ability to travel farther between refueling stops.
Existing Sorento variants have also received price revisions. The Sorento 3.5L V6 remains unchanged at Rs13,649,000.
Meanwhile, the Sorento 1.6T FWD HEV has increased from Rs15,299,000 to Rs16,299,000, while the Sorento 1.6T AWD HEV has risen from Rs16,699,000 to Rs17,899,000.
KIA said it has absorbed the majority of the tax impact for customers, while the price of the 3.5L V6 remains unchanged.
Terms and Conditions
The company clarified that any new or additional government duties, taxes or charges imposed at the time of delivery will be borne by customers. All listed prices are ex-factory and exclude freight and insurance charges.
KIA also stated that the Equal Monthly Installment (EMI) option will no longer be applicable to bookings made after August 15, 2026.
