Kim Kardashian has once again shown the world that hard work and dedication truly pay off. The reality TV star and business mogul, now 44, has officially completed the California Law Office Study Program after six long and challenging years.
This wasn’t a fast-track celebrity shortcut. Kim Kardashian chose a difficult path—one that required her to study law under the supervision of lawyers, instead of attending a traditional law school. The program usually takes four years, but Kim’s journey took longer due to life’s interruptions, including the COVID-19 pandemic and her famously busy schedule.
Kim shared the exciting news on Instagram on May 22, writing, “Six years ago, I started my journey to become a lawyer. It wasn’t easy, and it took more time than expected, but I never gave up.”
She admitted the process came with its share of ups and downs. “There were tears, doubts, and tough moments,” Kim explained. “But I kept pushing through, even when the subjects scared me.”
Kim Kardashian proudly explained that she followed the rules of the California State Bar and built her legal studies on 75 college credits. Though her studies stretched beyond the expected time, she said, “The journey was real, and so is the success.”
Kim also took time to thank her mentors and those who inspired her. She gave shout-outs to her legal mentors Jessica Jackson and Erin Haney, and to activist Van Jones, who sparked her interest in law. She also honored people she’s helped in her criminal justice work, like Chris Young, Michelle West, and Dawn Jackson.
To celebrate this major achievement, Kim Kardashian held a small graduation party in her backyard. Her children, Psalm and Chicago, joined the celebration dressed in formal outfits. And of course, Kim wore a stylish nude-colored cap and gown, showing the world that you can be both brainy and fashionable.
“This moment means so much,” Kim said. “It’s a symbol of strength, resilience, and new beginnings.”
Kim Kardashian’s law journey proves that no dream is too big—and no path is too long—if you stick with it.
