Kylie Kelce Reveals Strict Parenting Rule to Keep Kids From Cursing

Kylie Kelce is opening up about her no-nonsense approach to parenting — especially when it comes to keeping her children from using bad language. The mom of four recently shared a candid parenting moment during a special holiday appearance on New Heights, the popular podcast hosted by her husband Jason Kelce and his brother Travis Kelce.

During the lighthearted conversation, Kylie revealed the strict rule she enforces at home whenever her children use inappropriate language. “When our kids say something they shouldn’t say right now, it’s soap in your mouth,” she explained, drawing laughter from the hosts.

Kylie, who also hosts her own podcast titled Not Gonna Lie, recalled a memorable incident involving her eldest daughter, Wyatt, who briefly experimented with a curse word — and immediately regretted it. According to Kylie, Wyatt used the word correctly during a small disagreement at home, which only made the moment more memorable.

“She test drove the word a couple times,” Kylie shared, describing a scene where Wyatt slowly closed the front door while muttering the curse under her breath. Kylie noted that her daughter instantly realized she had crossed a line.

“As soon as I opened the door, she was like, ‘Sorry,’” Kylie recalled, adding that Wyatt experienced “immediate buyer’s remorse” because she knew what consequence usually followed.

Despite the rule, Kylie said she didn’t punish her daughter that time because she apologized right away. However, she emphasized that her children understand she follows through on discipline when needed.

“You can’t do empty threats,” Kylie added, making it clear that consistency is key in her parenting style.

The moment offered fans a relatable glimpse into the Kelce family’s household — one built on humor, honesty, and firm boundaries.
