Scottish singer Lewis Capaldi has claimed the top spot as the world’s favorite Lego-building popstar, outshining fellow artists Ed Sheeran, Drake, and Pharrell in the playful rankings.

The “Someone You Loved” singer was honored with a massive statue made entirely from over 41,000 Lego bricks, a creation that took nearly 207 hours to complete. Known for his humor and down-to-earth personality, Capaldi shared that Lego building has been a calming activity during his tours.

Capaldi revealed that focusing on Lego helps him put aside other worries and brings back cherished childhood memories. He fondly recalled building Lego sets with his brother, describing those moments as fun and bonding experiences.

Recently, Capaldi visited a Lego Christmas store in London, showcasing a model inspired by his latest EP artwork, Survive. He jokingly noted that the Lego figure captured his ginger hair and perfectly sized guitars.

Many other artists have also embraced Lego over the years. Rapper Drake shared a giant Lego replica of his mansion, Katy Perry had a dedicated Lego room, and Pharrell Williams created a Lego movie called Piece By Piece. Ed Sheeran’s iconic Lego House video remains a fan favorite.

Capaldi also gave fans a sneak peek into his best Lego wishlist for Christmas, including the Holiday Express Train, a retro record player, and an F1 race car model.
