Machine Gun Kelly is opening up about the joys and challenges of fatherhood, sharing tender moments with his newborn daughter, Saga Blade, whom he shares with former partner Megan Fox.

In an exclusive interview with People Magazine, the 35-year-old rapper and singer reflected on his evolving role as a dad. He described his bond with Saga as filled with “music and laughs,” revealing he recently wrote her a lullaby on a ukulele.

“Women are in the rougher trenches of the newborn process,” he said, acknowledging the demands Megan Fox faces as a new mom. “But my specialty is music and laughs—whatever I can do to make her smile and introduce her to the world with love.”

While he’s been balancing travel and performances, MGK admitted to often hitting the snooze button when trying to catch up on sleep. “Megan is definitely in the no-sleep club,” he added, showing appreciation for her efforts during these early stages of parenting.

The “Emo Girl” artist also spoke about his 15-year-old daughter, Casie, from a previous relationship, who has stepped into the role of big sister with joy and grace. According to Kelly, Casie loves spending time with her younger sibling and has embraced the responsibility warmly.

Just days before the interview, Machine Gun Kelly took to Instagram to publicly share his daughter’s name for the first time. In a heartwarming video, he strummed a ukulele while baby Saga cooed softly in the background. The caption read simply, “Saga Blade Fox-Baker,” revealing the name chosen for his newest family member.

The announcement comes in the wake of his split from Megan Fox, which the couple confirmed in November 2024, not long after learning they were expecting. Despite the separation, Kelly’s focus remains on fatherhood and creating meaningful memories with his children.

As he puts it, his goal is simple: to fill his daughter’s world with music, laughter, and love.
